2. Booking Process

• Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a binding booking. It is a request for a quote or itinerary.
• A booking is confirmed only when the operator issues written confirmation and payment has been received (in full or as a deposit, per the operator's terms).
• Prices shown on the site are indicative and may vary based on season, group size, and availability. The final price is confirmed by the operator.

3. Operator Verification

All operators listed on Kenya Specialist are vetted by the Inspiration Africa team. Verification includes business registration checks, licence validation, insurance confirmation, and guest review analysis. However, we cannot guarantee the performance of any third-party operator.

4. Payments & Fees

• Payments are processed securely via PesaPal and DPO Group. Inspiration Africa does not store credit card details.
• There is no booking fee charged to travellers. Our commission is included in the operator's listed price.
• Payment terms (deposit amount, balance due date) are set by the individual operator and communicated before confirmation.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by operator. Typical terms include:

• 60+ days before departure — full refund minus a small administrative fee.
• 30–59 days — 50% refund of the total amount.
• Under 30 days — no refund (unless covered by travel insurance).

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation.

6. Traveller Responsibilities

• You are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents (passport, visa) and any required vaccinations (e.g., Yellow Fever for Kenya entry).
• You must disclose any medical conditions or mobility limitations that may affect your safari experience.
• You agree to follow the safety instructions of your guide and operator at all times during the safari.

7. Limitation of Liability

Inspiration Africa Ltd acts as a platform connecting travellers with operators. We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or negligence of third-party safari operators. Our liability is limited to the platform facilitation fee. Operators carry their own professional liability and vehicle insurance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photography, design, and branding — is the property of Inspiration Africa Ltd or used under licence. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Arusha, Tanzania.
